About James and Joanne

We’re James Barrass and Joanne Pauli, a husband-and-wife Realtor team in Toronto. Our brokerage, Sage Real Estate, is a real estate industry leader in digital media marketing. We want to share our real estate analysis, local market updates, and commentary with you, and we also like to dig a little deeper into broader areas. You’ll see what excites us, and we’ll try to get you involved in projects we care about!

We have a long history of volunteer community involvement. Joanne was the founding President of the Metro Mothers Network; she’s served as President of the Whitney Child Centre and the Whitney Parent School Association; and she’s co-chaired the North Toronto CI School Council, the UTS Parents Association (with James), and FOPE (Friends of Public Education). Since 2009, Joanne has been Chair of Mayfair in Rosedale Park, an annual community fundraiser for Mooredale House.

We hope our blog helps you to connect with the issues that concern us as real estate agents, as Torontonians and as citizens.
